Payment processing services for any payments you make through or in connection with the Services are provided by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (available at stripe.com/legal/connect-account), which includes the Stripe Services Agreement (available at stripe.com/legal/ssa), and Privacy Policy (available at stripe.com/us/privacy) (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to the Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. 

If you receive and are authorized to use a Card managed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) and issued by Celtic Bank, you acknowledge and agree you are bound by the Stripe Issuing Authorized User Terms - Celtic Bank (available at stripe.com/legal/issuing/celtic-authorized-user-terms). The Issuer of your card may be identified on the back of physical Cards and relevant program materials provided to you.

Customers that make Level Cards available to Members are participants in the Stripe Issuing Program as a Stripe Issuing Accountholder and are bound by the Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms (available at stripe.com/legal/ssa).  By agreeing to the Terms, Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is bound by the Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time.
